One planner, start to finish
Whoever quotes your event is on site the day it happens. Nothing is handed to a crew that has not read the brief, and you never re-explain the plan to a stranger.
The quote is the invoice
Material, transport, setup and teardown sit inside the figure you approve. No delivery charge appears afterwards, and an overrun on our side is on us.
Crews that only do one thing
The team that builds a haldi stage is not the team that builds a proposal. Seven cities, a resident crew in each, each specialised by occasion.
An hour of slack, every time
Every setup is scheduled to finish a full hour before the guest of honour walks in. That hour is where a late florist or a stuck service lift stops being your problem.
